Um, Panera Bread, why don't you go ahead and commit suicide already? I mean, seriously, how much more horrible can you get? Do you not speak English, because every time we've ordered, you ALWAYS get the order wrong! What about the time when we asked for 3 baguettes as our sides and you gave us 2 small bags of junky potato chips and 1/4 of a half eaten baguette? How disgusting is that? I was feeding military families. They go to war, they don't deserve that. I did go back the next day and ask for a replacement baguette. The size of the baguette is the 'normal size' baguette that they serve in the Houston, TX Panera Bread locations? Are you guys cheap? I also noticed that Mary Esther, FL Panera Bread location only gives you 1/4 of a baguette, do you call that a side? What about the time when I ordered a caesar salad with grilled chicken and I got 100% complete wilted lettuce, no croutons, no parmesan cheese, and 'shaved chicken pieces', 4 to be correct. I simply lost my appetite and didn't eat the salad, and I snacked on my husband's 1/4 baguette side and my 1/4 baguette side. Also every time I come, I can never find a clean table. I feel that you are catering more towards your 'Internet' customers who sip on tea, what about the families trying to eat and spend money? Seriously? Improve your business, I chose to eat at your establishment because it is a healthier alternative to fast food, but instead I should have just eaten fast food, because you conduct yourselves below the level of trashy, and any other fast food establishment will still get my order right and give me a decent sized chicken in my salad, oh and I won't lose my appetite.

I actually really like panera bread, but this particular establishment is well below par. I ordered my food and had to repeat myself three times before the server got my order right. I watched him pick up my order bare handed and then throw the food down and say you probably don't want those. I just looked at him in surprise. He just got us another order from the back. I don't know who the manager of this place is, but you really need to work with your employees. I will also like to point out that this particular panera bread was very dirty and the employee I was dealing with looked like he had not showered in sometime. Just nasty and disappointing.

Well I guess making coffee is a hard task. It took 4 people to make it. The first one freaked out and hit the paper towel holder. When I got my coffee it was half full. What a shame.

This Panera is pretty good. I honestly have not had bad service the few times I've been here. The drive through is definitely a plus. I thought it would take forever, but they've been pretty quick each time I drove through. The one negative I can think of is that the restaurant isn't the cleanest. The carpet has been pretty nasty but that's about it. Oh and the WIFI is hit or miss, but that seems to be the norm for any Panera these days.

I think Panera is a great chain soup and sandwich joint and this location is no different. Following the "epic" ice storm of January 2014, this was one of the few places open to serve those willing to brave the icy roads and scared Florida drivers. Love the protein bowls and the bagel sandwiches.

Grant atmosphere and great food. They don't have pictures on the menu but check online and everything pretty much looks delicious. I love how we pay first and wait for our food to buzz in. I'm usually here after the busy hours so it's pretty lovely. Lots of great natural lighting and comfortable. They didn't have my usual order, which is the downfall of coming at the end of the day but they accommodated me.

I love Panera. This one is especially nice because I love the drive thru option if needed. The salads and soups are my favorite. I don't recommend the chicken noodle soup... it's low fat because there's basically nothing but broth. Just skip it and get something else (unless you like broth). I also love a good bagel with cream cheese on occasion. The whole grain bagel is my favorite. My husband loves the sandwiches and their baguette. Not really picky. He likes bread, meat, and cheese. My four year old daughter will not eat mac and cheese from anywhere but here. The chai latte is the best. Add a shot of espresso if you dare... takes it over the top. So good. Being pregnant, I don't want to give up my love of coffee, but it's hard to find a good decaf. Their decaf coffee is hands-down the best decaf coffee I've ever had. You really can't go wrong. I eat here at least twice a week and never have had any issues. Customer service is great.

I really do enjoy the food here, but it is WAAAAY overpriced for what you get. I am not fat by any measure, but when I am still hungry after an $8+ salad, there's something wrong. The past several times that I went through the drive thru, my order was incorrect. The staff has always been nice and they DO try and make up for the mistakes, but it gets so frustrating. I detest having to point out mistakes and I try to be extremely nice, but it happens more often than not. It's almost a joke to my co-workers and family about what's going to be wrong with Allison's food. In their defense, I am kinda picky and typically 'change' something about the standard ingredients like no bacon on the sandwich or dressing on the side, but it's not like I am re-inventing some craziness! Anyhow, after another hungry afternoon, I felt compelled to yelp.

Decent food. Way overpriced. The portions are not big at all. And if I pay that much. I really don't think I should be expected to bus my own table.

I like this place. I've never had a bad service or food. My favorite is the frontega chicken. I ordered that with their new turkey chili, and I must say they make a good combo.

Date of visit: Saturday, January 14 Time of day: 1 ish Those in attendance/items ordered: Me: Pick 2...Chicken salad sandwich on whole grain, greek salad no olives, french baguette. Unsweet tea. Friend 1: Same as me. More details in the Random Notes section. Friend 2: Sierra Turkey Pick 2, chili, and a french baguette. Bottle of water to drink. Not sure on when this was built...but it is a Free-Stander and it has a drive-thru. Those two facts lead me to believe that it was built in the last few years. The 1 pm lunch is about 2 hours past my normal lunch feeding time, so needless to say, I was hungry. I was surprised to see such a large bustling crowd at 1 in the afternoon...who knew! I enjoyed the overall atmosphere/vibe of this Panera. It was busy, yet the layout didn't make it seem super crowded. The had a very nice patio area. We chose to sit inside, as it was just a bit too chilly to sit outside for the meal.

This panera has gone down hill. The food is sub par and the service is poor. Furthermore, they Often get the order wrong. I do not frequent this panera anymore due to the bland food and mediocre service.

Panera is always consistent. Got the caprese panini and half Asian salad (as usual) - very good.

As much as I like eating here, I can't for the life of me figure out why every Panera Bread is so dang small, which makes for a very loud place to eat. You cant have much of a conversation since you are sitting basically on top of each other. Went there today at about 2 and it was slammed (I should have known better). As always, there is no where to sit and then there is always someone sitting in a booth by themselves with their laptop for hours on end. Really people, if you are by yourself, then sit at one of the small tables for one person or in one of the chairs like I saw two or three other respectable humans doing. You are not cool and you are making families wait or set in different areas just because you want to take up a place for four or five for you and your laptop! The rest of us HATE YOU! To the management of Panera bread: Crackdown on these WIFI freeloaders and kick them to the curb if you are busy or you have families waiting to sit. Dont put this on the families, Gyms put restrictions on the use of their Treadmills and Eliptical Machines, do the same for your booths! Get these people in and out of the door! The food is always very, very good though!

Had there Low-Fat Chicken Noodle Soup and for only 120 calories you cant go wrong!! Big fan of their chocolate chipper cookies, but had to make the nutritional decision to pass (that was TOUGH)!!!! Lines can be long, but it moves quick, and by the time I got my drink and a table, our food was ready!! :)

The employees here never get my order right. When I complain the manager apologizes, corrects my order and gives me gift certificates. Apologies don't mean much if the behavior never changes. I like the soups here - why can't they get it right???

This is our first and last time to ever go to a Panera Bread. Went on Monday at 2:30p. Crowded, so we assumed it was good too. Very wrong assumption. The soups were JUST warm and on the turkey and cranberry paninis there was a wipe of maybe what was cranberry sauce, and four pieces of COLD turkey about the size of a quarter each with a small pile of spinach leaves on one corner with a smear of cheese spread. NEVER AGAIN and would not recommend to friends ever. Huge disappointment.

Convenient location right in front of Santa Rosa Mall and next to Starbucks. The food is always excellent and the wifi is nice too. Only complaint is the size of the facility.
